Sing A Song-Feel better
One of my favorite music groups ever is Earth Wind & Fire. You? So many great hits and memories. I can often remember exactly where I was at the time I heard one of their hits. The EWF hit, Fantasy (1977) is my absolute favorite. My wife kids me about picking her up for a date in my 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix, listening to Fantasy while practicing some “major lean” on the center arm rest. Those were the days. I think another EWF hit, Sing A Song (1975) ranks right up there for me. Now a study shows that singing songs can do more than bring back great memories, it can actually help you heal after a stroke.
