Good Egg Or Bad Egg

Did you get egg on your face this morning? Eggs have long been a popular breakfast staple throughout history. They’re a good source of protein and are rich in vitamins and minerals. However, a recent study came out earlier this year stating a link between eating eggs and an increased risk of heart disease. The current study doesn’t seem to square with previous studies about eggs.
