We encourage quiet time as well as a sense of adventure. At every turn we look to do good things in the world we explore.
Chuck’s experience and training have led him to develop the Foundations Of Fitness system for looking at the journey of life. While it is good to get fit in each category, getting fit in any one category alone can leave you feeling unbalanced. Chuck has been there. Don’t be afraid to seek help and encouragement from trusted people. Life is a team sport. Getting fit can lead to a balanced, resilient life filled with joy. There is some work involved but it is all worth it. You can pursue the Foundations Of Fitness at any stage of life. Get started and make a plan. But use a pencil with an eraser. This way you can always adjust your life plan; erase mistakes and even start over.
