Happy National Nutrition Month

I am always looking for reasons to celebrate life. I didn’t know there was such a thing as a month that celebrates and promotes good nutrition. I have worked hard this past year on my own diet. More veggies and fruits for sure. But I have added things like Kashi Original cereal for more grains, protein and fiber in the morning. It’s all about balance. We all know that good nutrition is important for a variety of reasons. It helps maintain a healthy body weight, reduces our risk of chronic disease and promotes overall health.
